State of the Transition.

One decision question per issue, carried from evidence ledger to decision implication in a fixed seven-part format, so two readings compare line for line. Each reading names the decision-holder whose options it is about, states which registered threshold moved or that none did, and logs any post-publication revision in place.

The chips repriced. The numbers didn't.

Samsung posted a record quarter and the stock fell seven percent. The chip complex gave back more than a fifth of its value across three weeks while nearly every operating number underneath it improved. The builders fell less, for the second month running, and inside the basket one substrate is now carrying three.
